Flowerdale

First off, an apology, I am so behind with my blog posts but I have had quite alot of family commitments and they are still ongoing so please bare with me, normal blogging will resume shortly.

In the meantime, I managed to find the Gail Pan Flowerdale pattern in the UK, thanks to Gail Pan letting me know who stocks them.

This is just one amazing pattern and quilt, I first spotted it in Australian Homespun but it has taken me ages to source it.

While I was in the process of ordering the Flowerdale pattern I found out that the Patchwork Chicks also do  the Berries and Bluebirds Block of the month, complete with fabric for all the appliqued block and the borders and binding.

I can't wait to see these coming through the letterbox, but there is no point in stalking Royal Mail as they seem to be on a go slow at the moment, I am still missing two magazines that were sent two weeks ago, so frustrating.

Have a great weekend all and I will catch up with everyone soon and blog about my table runner prize as well.  Charging the camera batteries as we speak.

  1. I hope things are settling down a bit for you and your family. Glad you found a source for the pattern. It looks like it will be fun to work on.

  2. Lots on at the moment. Quite a few appointments which is why my blog is a little behind. Don't give up on me just yet, hoping it will get easier by the end of next week. I have loved the flowerdale pattern for months since seeing it homespun so have been really pleased to get it here from some lovely ladies at Patchwork Chicks. :)
